These terms are an agreement between you and Blue Cactus Games (ABN 33 228 076 123) ("we", "us"), the operator of PSRoyale. By creating an account or playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian, and they must agree to these terms — including any purchases you make.

If you break these rules we may remove items or currency obtained unfairly, suspend your account, or terminate it permanently. Where we can, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to respond, but for serious or repeated breaches we may act immediately.
PSRoyale contains two virtual currencies and cosmetic items. Please read this section carefully.
When you obtain gems or items, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them within PSRoyale. You do not own them. Specifically:
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
The game may offer optional rewarded advertisements in exchange for in-game coins. Watching ads is always your choice and is never required to play or progress.
PSRoyale — including its code, artwork, sprites, sounds, and name — is owned by Blue Cactus Games and protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from it without our permission. Playing the game grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to use it, nothing more.
We aim to keep PSRoyale running, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may need to take it offline for maintenance, and we may add, change, or remove features. We may discontinue the game entirely; if we do, we'll give reasonable notice and stop selling gems in advance.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms attempts to exclude those rights.
Subject to those rights, PSRoyale is provided "as is", and to the extent permitted by law our total liability to you for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or, at our option, resupplying the service). We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
You can stop playing and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
